You are looking at rare bakelite rotary dial telephone ATA 2 made in the 50s by Iskra ("Spark") , electronic equipment manufacturer in Yugoslavia, established in 1946 in Kranj, Slovenia.
Condition:
Used vintage condition with some ware and a chip on rotary dialer and front right bottom corner, but it is in perfect working order.
