The little iconic retro Drumbo elephant was designed by Luigi Colani in 1960's for Dresdner Bank. These money boxes were highly popular and available in different sizes, materials and colours. This particular elephant is the smallest size available and is made of olive green ABS plastic. It, sadly, has not opening on the bottom beacuse this is how the smallest elephants were originally designed. Once you wanted to collect your savings you just had to break it. However, the later versions have thin sliding panels on the underside and we do have one of those available in yellow colour. It is listed separately.
This quirky and cute money box is something everybody should own!
