You are looking at ATA 22 made in the late 60s or early 70s. This stylish domestic appliance was designed by Davorin Savnik for Iskra. Iskra ("Spark") was an electronic equipment manufacturer in Yugoslavia, established in 1946 in Kranj, Slovenia.
It is in great cosmetic condition, has not been tested to work, sold as it is.
