Design classic vintage telephone by iskra. You are looking at ETA 80 (Electronic Telephone Apparatus) designed in the late 70s and made in the 80s. This stylish domestic appliance was designed by Davorin Savnik for Iskra. Iskra ("Spark") was an electronic equipment manufacturer in Yugoslavia, established in 1946 in Kranj, Slovenia.
Beside the fact that this item won numerous awards for design (some listed on image 5) and that you can still see the phone being used today, the design got stolen and was a big hit in the USA.
It has been adopted as part of the permanent exhibition of outstandingly designed modern products at the Museum of Modern Art in Munich, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, and Ljubljana Architecture Museum in Ljubljana.
Orange/Yellow colour is especially rare and hard to come by.
It is in good vintage condition, some minor ware of use, has been tested and works very well!
