You are looking at rare white bakelite rotary dial telephone ATA 11 made in the late 50s by Iskra ("Spark") , electronic equipment manufacturer in Yugoslavia, established in 1946 in Kranj, Slovenia.
It is in great cosmetic condition but has not been tested to work, sold as it is.
